🎬 Guest Announcement: Josh Mason 🎬

We’re excited to welcome award-winning filmmaker and YouTuber Josh Mason to Haywood Comic Convention in Brownsville, March 13–14!

Josh is the owner of Mason Studios, an independent film company producing original films, cosplay music videos, and fan films inspired by popular franchises like Super Mario and Tomb Raider. His 2018 fan film Croft: Legend of the Tomb Raider became one of the most viewed Tomb Raider fan films in the world, earning official recognition from the game developers Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics.

Josh has also worked with notable personalities including Nelly, John Schneider, and many prominent social media creators. Recently, he collaborated with Jackson Robert Scott (IT) and Star Wars Theory on new video projects.

An accredited member of the press, Josh has hosted celebrity panels and even interviewed the cast of ALIENS. Come meet Josh and hear behind-the-scenes stories from the world of filmmaking and fandom at Haywood Comic Con! 🎥✨

Josh Mason is an award winning filmmaker and YouTuber. Josh’s 2018 film “Croft: Legend of the Tomb Raider” is one of the most viewed Tomb Raider fan films in the world and received official recognition from the game developers- Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics. Josh’s video production skills have been utilized by many notable personalities including hip hop artist Nelly, actor David Dastmalchian, John Schneider, and many prominent social media influencers. His next film project is titled “Cinematic Adventure” and it will be his first full length feature film made for theatrical distribution.

🎉 I earned the emerging talent badge this week, recognizing me for creating engaging content that sparks an interest among my fans!

The cosplay music video from Covington Comic Con is in the works! We really like this convention a lot but then again... we might be a bit biased.
