This is only for those who know.
Those who have supported us so perfectly.
If you know, we know you.

Well, we're headed to the last roundup, the big kiss goodbye, the last tango in Mainstrasse.
For those of you who know about Momo's goodies, this may be the LAST ever opportunity to savor Momo's Smoked Chicken Salad.
This is the one that all others will forever be compared to.
Aunt Ginny's, Uncle Vinny's, Madame von Chicken Shack's and Ribs and Racks. All other recipes will be a pale, plucked bird on a plate compared to Momo's.
Seriously. You'll be sitting somewhere eating an imitator's and pining for a time machine so you can go back and sit down to a helping of Momo's Smoked Chicken Salad.
Open thru Saturday.
See y'all in a few.

We have the bittersweet task of sharing that we will be closing our little Market on May 31, 2026.
It’s hard to fully express how grateful we are to have been part of the fabric of Mainstrasse Village and the Covington community. Over these past five years, we’ve shared countless conversations, laughs, and quiet moments with so many of you—both inside the shop and out front in the rocking chairs. Those memories, and the friendships we’ve made, will stay with us always.
When we opened the Market in 2020, our hope was simply to continue serving the neighborhood that had supported us so generously during our 34 years with the Dee Felice Cafe. What followed was more than we could have imagined. Your support made this a true labor of love.
We know this news may come as a disappointment, and for that, we are truly sorry. Please know how much this place—and all of you—have meant to us.
Though the Market will close, we are not going anywhere. We look forward to seeing many of you in the coming weeks and continuing the conversations that have meant so much to us.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your support, kindness, and loyalty.
With gratitude,
The Dee Felice Market

I'm not just one of the owners, I'm also a client.
Here I have made a throwback pie from my days at Adrica's in Mount Adams, many lifetimes ago.
I used a Momo's pizza pie dough from our little freezer, some chopped fresh spinach, crumbled feta, thin sliced tomatoes and topped with shredded mozzarella.
All sold here at Dee Felice Market.
Pro tips: (and this one is CRITICAL to a perfect pie) use a pizza stone and let the oven and stone fire up at 550⁰ or close as you can get for an hour at least.
Slice the tomatoes thin and let drain on paper towels for 20 minutes to remove excess moisture. Its okay, there will still be PLENTY of liquid in them.
Don't load up on any of the toppings. A heavy wet pie will become soggy and the dough won't get to rise. A nice non crowded arrangement is ideal.
Before adding any ingredients, lightly flour the dough and stretch to desired thickness and size. Drizzle a tiny amount of olive oil on the edges and spread only on that edge, not into the center of the pie. Sprinkle a small amount of garlic powder and salt to that edge.
Turn the pie halfway through the baking. About 4-5 minutes. Full bake 7-8.
Enjoy!!!!
