New 6” black seamless gutters. New black Surflo gutter guards & new spouts. House will be painted. 😎

New 6” white seamless gutter & replaced some metal trim. 😎

Finally got to flatten out this other bay roof with new EPDM & gutters / spouts to match the other side. 😎

Black GE Enduris coating & replaced a run of gutter. 😎

What an awesome house. Installed new smooth Hardie siding all over this historic house in Bellevue. We tried to keep as much original trim as possible & added boral trim everywhere else. New metal drip everywhere so this house will last. Can’t wait to see it painted. Awesome people to work with. 😎 💪 💪
