This week is being spent doing smaller jobs (faucets, plumbing, screens, washer/dryer platforms, ets.)

I started a remodel project on our friends new house last Friday. The first project was to demolish the existing entertainment center and fireplace, run new power outlets, install new cable outlets, run 3" PVC conduit for the stereo and TV cables, relocate the fireplace, redrywall. So far so good.

I started the remodel project in Grant, FL. yesterday. I have parked my trailer in the attached RV garage, set up my saws & equipment in the garage (photo to follow) and started ripping out the fireplace and entertainment center in the family room.

This week has consisted of small jobs that have been accumulating. I am also putting together pricing for another "KITCHEN"! It always comes down to how much can we do for the money available. I am providing pricing for just replacing the existing (staying with the same floor plan) with an alternate to remove a wall and open the kitchen up to the living room. Friday I will be starting a nice remodel for friends that have just purchased a home in Grant, Florida (about an hour south of here). Photos to follow.
