Starting now we are introducing a new membership and gym structure. For $80 a month you will have access to the gym during the listed times!
$100 gets you personally crafted workout programs along with access to our boxing class and future classes that will be dropped soon. Privates and small group training prices remain the same. College kids home for summer? We have a discount for you, DM us or stop in to sign up. Members will have to scan the QR code at the front desk to sign in.

Today’s Workout Wednesday is the medicine ball suplex! There are a ton of benefits involved in utilizing a medicine ball in your workout routine. Do you guys want to see some of our athletes try this out??
Coach Steve is showing some of the movements we utilize on the battle ropes. The battle ropes are a good tool for building functional strength, muscle endurance, and cardiovascular fitness simultaneously.

We’re kicking off our new Workout Wednesday series with the Ickey Shuffle on the speed ladder.
This quick-foot drill is a simple but powerful way to improve foot speed, coordination, agility, and balance. It also helps elevate your heart rate, activate key muscles, and sharpen your reaction time—making it a perfect dynamic warm-up for any workout.
