Key Responsibilities:
-Review and organize driver delivery routes for efficiency
-Sort invoices by delivery date and ensure proper scheduling
-Convert sales orders into invoices using QuickBooks
-Assign invoices to the correct routes and confirm driver coverage
-Answer customer calls and take orders over the phone
-Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and deliveries
-Pull reports and place vendor orders as directed
-Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams on daily priorities
