It’s to cold for me to ride much only 3 miles this morning
Tough road today when was blowing about 22 mile an hour and was only able to do about a little over 10 miles an hour today, but it was a work out

I was out to the terrace to have coffee this morning and noticed nothing when I walked in, but when I walked out, I saw two different birds that had flown into the window and killed themselves pictures to follow
Dr told me yesterday to quit procrastinating and get back to riding so I went to planet fitness and worked out/ rode
