Allow us to introduce Adriana, the gifted young adult baker responsible for your beloved Daydream Bakery treats.

Currently participating in the Bohemia Food Hub Youth Entrepreneurship Program, she is refining her skills under the mentorship of professional bakers and business experts.

As a nonprofit organization, Bohemia Food Hub provides young adults with training, mentorship, employment, and internship opportunities through a program designed to foster confidence, technical abilities, and practical experience in a professional commercial kitchen. These valuable experiences empower young adults to transition their skills into the local job market.

Join us this Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. to enjoy a full menu of delightful breakfast items, including our scrumptious breakfast sandwich, which features our house-made toasted Brioche bun, cheddar cheese, farm-fresh organic eggs, and bacon from Deck Family Farm, all topped with a savory garlic aioli and served with a side of fresh fruit.
