• Event Coordinator
• Social Media Correspondent

These roles are a great opportunity to help shape and support youth baseball in our community while making a positive impact for our players and families.

Whether you have years of experience or simply a passion for helping kids and growing the game, we would love to connect with you. You do not need to currently be on the board to express interest.

Hello Willamette Valley Babe Ruth leagues!

On behalf of the Springfield Drifters, we are excited to invite your teams to participate in our 2026 Babe Ruth Night at Hamlin Sports Complex in Springfield on July 10 as we take on our I-5 rivals, the Corvallis Knights! We encourage you to bring your teams out to the ballpark for a special evening celebrating our youth baseball community.

Event Details:
All Babe Ruth players and coaches will receive free General Admission to the game (uniforms/jerseys are recommended!)
Teams/areas will have the opportunity to be recognized on the field before the game.
Teams will have special opportunities to interact with Drifters players, get autographs, participate in on-field contests, and win prizes.

Schedule:
5:30pm - Gates open
5:45pm (at latest) - Team organization on the grass baseball field
6:10pm - Pregame ceremony begins
6:35pm - First pitch
