Had a great time with my old friends down in Springfield on Friday! Mendez Boxing Club graciously had us come down to get a couple of our guys some sparring in before we got their first fight.Thanks Coach Allen and Coach Heron Mendez always a pleasure.

Got to attend another Boxing show this evening. Got trained at the glove table tonight.
