Castor was opened in August 2017 in the heart of downtown Corvallis, OR. Castor is heavily focused on local, organic, and sustainably harvested & foraged products. Our unique location in the Pacific Northwest gives us the opportunity to work directly with producers to source a bounty of ingredients specific to our region.
