Today we have come to the hard decision to permanently close our restaurant here in Corvallis. Since we have opened we have seen food costs rise to a level that is unsustainable for a small business like ours. It breaks our heart to see something we put so much time and energy into and something so many people have enjoyed go away. In this current climate there is sadly no path forward for Nouveau Poke Co.

We understand times are hard for everyone right now and that is especially the case for small businesses. We hope that when you do go out to spend money you choose to support other small business in town instead of the bigger corporate chains. We have so many amazing local businesses in Corvallis and I am sure there are others struggling right now. while it is to late for us we plan to continue to support other small businesses in this town and we hope to not lose any more amazing locally owned spots. Thanks to all those who came out to support us. We look forward to serving you all at our other Businesses in town.

Our last day open will be Sunday 6/7.
