I started Embodied Yoga to help people reconnect to their bodies, to live mindfully instead of in a constant state of distraction.
Through Embodied Yoga, I hope to help clients quiet the noise so they can connect mind and body on the yoga mat and off.

The first leg of our trip is coming to a close. I’ve walked a lot, seen so many beautiful places, and made some lovely memories with my family. All this despite temperatures in the high 90s. Tomorrow, we catch a train to another beautiful destination that will likely be just as warm and full of magic. Can you guess where we’ve been? Join me this Wednesday for Release & Unwind. If you’re feeling stressed, burnt out, overwhelmed, or tired but wired, this class is a tool to help your body and mind release the tension, the doing, and simply be and relax for 60 minutes. You may find the effects even carry over into the second half of the week.
Join me in the studio this Saturday morning at 9 for a slow flow practice designed to help cultivate grace in attitude, movement, thought, and actions toward ourselves and others. See you on the mat.
