🌟SENIOR SPOTLIGHT🌟: Khailyn Cornelius

Hey, my name is Khailyn Cornelius and I have been dancing for the past 15 years. But I have been blessed to dance at PDC for the past 8 years. With the season going by so fast, I will miss PDC for accepting me from day 1 and always making me feel included when I first got here. It has always been a fun time getting to know everyone personally and even build deeper relationships with my fellow teammates. While at PDC, I have earned the Merit Award and the Flourishing Peacock Scholarship. But, I will always be back to cheer ya’ll on and watch the amazing dances in the upcoming seasons.

Through the past 4 years, I have been a part of major organizations such as North Meck SGA, SAAC, TAOGA, and also served as North Meck Cheer Captain my senior year.
Now, my next chapter opens with attending the ILLUSTRIOUS Winston-Salem State University, where I plan to major in Nursing and minor in Sport Medicine.

As my time comes to an end, I am mostly going to miss the family that I gained and had to the privilege of sharing the stage with since I joined.

From the dance floor to Aggie pride💙💛

I am headed to North Carolina A&T this fall to major in Management (Business Administration). After 12 years of dance, beginning with tap and growing through hip-hop with a sprinkle of jazz, I’ve built discipline, passion, and confidence that I’ll carry into my next chapter. For the past 3 years, l’ve proudly danced competitively at PDC, pushing myself and growing even more as a performer.

Ready to turn my dreams into reality and make my mark once a dancer, always a dancer!

🌟SENIOR SPOTLIGHT🌟: Uly White

Leaving the studio floor is never easy, but I’m leaving with a full heart. I’ve been dancing for 16 years and been with PDC for 3 years, and finding this studio community was the missing piece to my puzzle. Inside these walls, I have grown as a dancer by learning to trust my own instincts, letting go of perfectionism, and allowing my passion to completely dictate how I move. I am so incredibly eager to keep evolving, which is why I am going to UNCG and majoring in Dance this fall. PDC will always be the place that unlocked my potential—thank you for making my senior year unforgettable.
