MaxXxfit is a functional training program intended for women and men of all

We regret that tonight's 6pm class will be cancelled. Instructor took Ill and not able to be there and unable to find a sub due to Hough High School Graduation. All Classes will be on for tomorrow!!!

Q:What is the Spartacus format?
A: 10 exercise for 10 rounds starting with 10 reps and subtracting 1 rep from each exercise after completing a round. Friday 8:30 made me so proud.
