To all my cherished clients, incredible vendors, and dear industry friends,

I’m writing to share some exciting news: I am officially retiring!

This journey in interior design has been nothing short of amazing. The privilege of being welcomed into your homes to create a touch of magic is a profound honor I will always treasure. Along the way, we’ve learned about your lives, shared countless moments, and built relationships that have enriched me deeply. Few things have been as rewarding as hearing from a favorite client, ready to embark on yet another project together!

Looking back on my 50-year career, it has been an extraordinary evolution. From my early days as a neighborhood babysitter, marina boutique clerk, and even a Hickory Farms “cheese wiz” during school, to two decades spent in retail buying, store management, and working with vendors—it has all shaped me. Then, in 2005, I embarked on this incredible design journey. Twenty years later, I can say without hesitation that it has been one of the greatest gifts of my life.

But now, it’s time for the next chapter! Art, travel, and passion projects are calling my name, and I’m eager to give them the time and energy they deserve.

Thank you to everyone in the industry for your incredible support. Over the next two months, as we put the finishing touches on some amazing projects, I’m confident you’ll continue to help us navigate this next transition.

Size definitely matters when it comes to coffee tables! It should ideally sit 18-20” away from your sofa and chairs for the best flow. You can go with one large table or mix it up with a smaller bench or two nesting pieces, depending on how much visual space you want it to take up.

I personally love a big coffee table! Mine is oversized but made of glass, so it doesn’t overwhelm the room. Plus, I’m all about stacking my favorite books and decor on it.

Pro tip: keep a pretty box on your coffee table to hide all the little things you don’t want cluttering up the space!

When your laundry room doubles as a 5-star doggie lounge! 🐶✨ These pups are living the life with a custom doggie den, a comfy bench to oversee laundry duties, and their own dining station. Plus, that dog-themed wallpaper! They might just be the real bosses of the house!

Meet the real VIP of this space, Haines! 🐾 He is in the midst of managing his second large project with us!
From the custom wash station for those muddy-paw days to the little cubby (complete with a mesh door!) for all his treasures – this room was designed with the four-legged family member in mind. Even the artwork celebrates him! 🎨 And can we talk about that bowl setup? Minimalism at its best.

Little Ralphie isn’t so little anymore! 🐾

He’s still the studio’s number one helper, always on hand to supervise and bring the fun. And, exciting news… Ralphie has a girlfriend! Meet Harper 💕. These two have been inseparable - though they were apart for a bit, and he was seriously missing her. It’s safe to say Ralphie’s tail hasn’t stopped wagging since they’ve been reunited! 🐶

Starting the day in a smart bathroom is a game changer!

With a smart shower system like this one, you can set your perfect water temperature, adjust the spray pressure just right, and even control everything from your phone or with a simple voice command. It’s like stepping into a shower that’s already set up exactly how you like it - now that’s what I call a good morning! ☀️🚿
