Perfect Form Pilates is a fully equipped studio offering personalized instruction of the Pilates Method on both classical and contemporary apparatus in a private and semi-private setting. Many people have some misalignment, muscular imbalance, postural deviation, or fitness goal he or she needs to focus on and this is where Pilates can help. Pilates builds strength and stability, increases flexibility, improves posture, and creates body awareness.

It supports the hip, giving a place for the low back to anchor while training the glutes to support the posterior chain in reaching the leg away. It's not about dropping the leg towards the chest!
