Did you know the three main splits dancers train are:
🔥Right split
🔥Left split
🔥Middle split

Each one strengthens different muscle groups and helps dancers achieve higher kicks, bigger leaps, and cleaner lines.

Around here… we practice them all.

Did you know, at the end of each class, we close in prayer led by our dancers and staff.

We love Jesus here, and we’re grateful for a moment to pause, be thankful, and reflect on what our bodies can do.

Prayer is always optional; but community, encouragement, respect and love for every dancer is not. Everyone is welcome here no matter what you believe.
