The Crossroads Chili Cook-off is held each Memorial Day weekend at the Crossroads Museum and Corinth Depot in downtown Corinth, Mississippi. The Crossroads Chili Cook-off is the official International Chili Society Mississippi State cook-off. All proceeds benefit the nonprofit Crossroads Museum.
