Stoops Ferry Productions

before the Sewickley Bridge there was an actual ferry and village named Stoops Ferry. If I'm understanding the "roads" in the picture correctly they are what now is route 51 (University Boulevard formerly known as Narrows Run Road) and Stoops Ferry Road.

Great early photo looking down the hill from Moon into the village of Stoops Ferry You can see the Ohio River in the background which the ferry ran across to Sewickley.
