Friends….. I have a great opportunity as I am looking for an Admin Assistant. $25/hr ($50k). Must have advanced typing skills as will be taking and transcribing meeting notes for senior management. Also must have advanced PowerPoint knowledge as will be developing meeting presentations.

Position is on-site 5 days per week from 8/8:30 to 4/4:30. It is a contracted position lasting 9-12 months. Must be able to pass a background check and toxicology screen.

Happy New Year Everyone... We are looking for seasonal tax preparers immediately for a client located in Beaver, PA. The role would last through mid to late April. Focus will be on individual returns. This will be on-site. Smaller firm, nice work environment and great people. We can pay up to $40.00 per hour depending on previous tax experience.

• Selects, maintains and develops an effective and high-quality team.

• Directs and coordinates the annual budget process for both financial and capital projections.
• Provides accurate monthly financial projections, forecasts and cash flow statements.
• Presents financial results and relevant analysis to property leaders, management company and ownership team.
