Hey guys whatโs up, just wanted to let everyone know I officially launched my fitness page, if you guys can give it a follow it would be gladly appreciated. Of course, Iโll follow back.
I gotta say... Iโm pretty F # proud of myself! I hadnโt deadlifted in quite a bit. Yet, I was able to actually beat my original PR of 315lbs and I was able to hit 334lbs ๐ช๐ผ๐ช๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐ฆพ๐ฆพ๐ฆพ.
