🤯Coming along….

What!? Drywall is finished 🤯 (finally), bathrooms are ready for Tape and Float 🤯. Even checked out the new cabinets and floor combo, need to get the counter guy to come in. Both new front doors installed. We busy week a head!

Oh man been a bit since update! Both units have new HVAC units and ducting. We have torn down the outside cover that was hanging off the building, a deck will be built. Replaced ALL the rusted steel plumbing with Pex to the Main line, new insulation between the bathroom for noise reduction. Built a wall for B side washer dryer area as well as replaced the front door. Bathroom tubs have replaced and drywalled. Cabinets arrived Monday will be installed by this weekend so our granite guy can come measure. Next will be inside painting followed by flooring then trim throughout new water heaters for both. Outside will be painted and new windows will be here the 31st installed next day! Getting close…

Demo is complete, plumbing repair, electrical, and popcorn ceiling removed, New facia and soffits installed, clean up is complete! 2 New Air Conditioning units will be installed tomorrow. Windows and doors coming,more updates to follow!
