☀️ Announcement ☀️
Sol Table is going through a bit of an evolution, but it is not going away.
Over the last year or so, my life has changed quite a bit. A new home, a new city, marriage, a different pace of living, and honestly just a lot of praying about what feels life-giving and where I feel the Lord leading me in this season. Little by little, I’ve felt Him drawing me toward a slower, more intentional life with more wellness, more faith, more connection, and more room to simply be present.
While I’ll still offer food here and there, I’m stepping away from regular meal prep for the most part.
As Sol Table continues to evolve, you’ll likely see more:
• Herbal wellness offerings
• Tea blends, broth, elderberry syrup, and granola
• Workshops, classes, and smaller gatherings
• Shared meals around my own table
• Collaborations with other small businesses
• Christ-centered spaces for women to gather, connect, and be encouraged
God truly blessed Sol Table (or Dancing Oaks Acre, as some of you first knew it) through the years, and I’ll always be grateful for every person who supported this little business and cheered me on through so many seasons of life.
The heart behind Sol Table has always been nourishment, and that part isn’t going away

Hey my lovely people!! ☀️
I made a small Mother’s Day menu this week… a few fresh, thoughtful things that feel a little special. 💐
All the details are on the menu!
Tea menu is attached as well.

This is what happens when nothing goes to waste.
My handsome groom smoked the most flavorful, tender chicken, and I used everything that came after.
Bones, veggie scraps I keep in the freezer, onion and garlic peels (rich in antioxidants and minerals), mushrooms, peppers, carrot ends, bay leaves, a splash of ACV (helps draw out nutrients), and chicken feet for that collagen-rich depth (supports joints, skin, and gut), all into the pot and slow cooked low and long.
This first round is the deepest, rich in color, flavor, protein, minerals, and collagen. The kind you sip when you need it or build a really good soup from.
Then I don’t stop.
Same bones, more filtered water, another splash of ACV, and I go again.
Second round is lighter but still full of nourishment, perfect for blended soups or something softer.
One more round after that gives a gentle, lightly flavored broth, great for cooking rice, quinoa, or pasta with just a little added protein and depth.
Most people make one batch and toss the rest.
There’s still so much there.
You won’t find broth this color or this kind of nourishment on a grocery store shelf.
Nothing wasted. Just used well.

He is risen.
Happy Easter from Sol Table.
Wishing you a beautiful day with the people you love.

Ginger Citrus Tonic
This is a batch I just made to keep in the fridge this week and take a spoonful of each morning.
Fresh ginger, whole lemon with a bit of peel, turmeric, coarse black pepper, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, chia seeds, and a little water to blend.
Why each ingredient is here:
•Ginger – supports digestion, reduces nausea and bloating, and has strong anti-inflammatory properties
• Turmeric + black pepper – turmeric supports inflammation response, and black pepper increases its absorption
• Lemon (with peel) – provides vitamin C and concentrated plant compounds in the peel that support liver function and natural detox pathways
• Apple cider vinegar – supports stomach acid and overall digestion, especially when taken in the morning
• Cinnamon – helps support blood sugar balance and adds a warming effect
• Chia seeds – provide soluble fiber for gut health, help regulate blood sugar, and create a light gel for easy daily use
Letting it rest overnight allows everything to come together and the chia to thicken slightly.
A simple, concentrated way to support digestion, inflammation, and daily detox pathways.

Sol Table was busy this week 🤍
From prepping teas to sharing simple, nourishing bites at Thrive Pilates in Flower Mound, it was a full few days in the best way.
So grateful to be alongside my sweet friend Lori, a nutritionist, as she shared her knowledge with such care and clarity.
Grateful for the work, the women, and the chance to do what I love.

What about you?
My long answer is in the comments. ☀️
03/25/2026
I don’t always get to do custom labels like this (too many teas moving through my kitchen 😄), but I did for this event and I have to say… it makes me a little giddy seeing it all come together.
This one’s for a local Pilates studio here in Coppell, and I’m really looking forward to bringing something into this community I now get to be part of, while still loving on my Denton people too.
I’ll be sharing a few hormone-friendly samples along with this gentle daytime tea, She Steadies, a blend for calm focus and steady energy.
Isn’t it pretty, y’all?
XOXO,
Kandi
