Richardson New Multi Use Development

A new mixed use development is in the works for the Richardson neighborhood in Dallas. The project site sits near Bush’s Turnpike and U.S. 75. The project will include 1.35 million square feet, a 150 room hotel and 60,000 square feet of shopping space. The residential portion of the development will include 1,250 apartments. Each of these apartment have an urban design and will be in the center of the hustle and bustle of the busy neighborhood.

Many mixed use development projects have been springing up in and around the Dallas area in the last few years. The popularity and functionality of such properties have residents and newcomers asking for more. For those who enjoy a walkable neighborhood and all of the amenities that a big city has to offer a residential mixed use development may be right for them.

Mixed use developments have the benefit of being close to restaurants, shopping and plenty of recreation. Many residents enjoy being able to walk to work and to get their groceries and hit the gym all within their own small neighborhood.
