O Most Sacred Heart of Jesus,
fountain of all love and mercy,
I place my trust in You.

Take my heart and make it like Yours:
gentle, humble, patient, and full of love.
Forgive my sins, strengthen my faith,
and guide me in all that I do.

In moments of joy, I thank You.
In moments of sorrow, I seek refuge in You.
When I am weak, be my strength.
When I am afraid, be my peace.

Sacred Heart of Jesus,
burn away all that keeps me from You,
and fill me with Your grace,
so that I may love You above all things
and serve others with a generous heart.

I entrust to You my family,
my loved ones, and all my intentions.
May Your Sacred Heart reign in our homes,
