A few members of the Concept team spent time last week volunteering at Good Samaritan Hunger Center's food drive, helping support local families and individuals.

We believe strong communities are built when people come together to help one another, and we're thankful for the opportunity to support an organization making a real difference every day.

Nothing better than getting everyone together outside of work.

This past Wednesday, we took a break from the usual routine and cheered on the Guardians vs. the Nationals. Good food, good laughs, and no work talk (well… we tried 😅).

Huge congratulations to our Q1 Icon Award Winner, Jared!

Jared made a massive impact in Q1 across both customer success and business growth.

One of the biggest highlights:
We set a company goal for new CRM retainers in 2026, and Jared helped bring in half of that goal in Q1 alone.

But what really makes Jared stand out goes beyond the numbers.

Throughout the quarter, clients repeatedly shared appreciation for the way he worked through challenges, provided strategic guidance, and genuinely cared about helping their businesses succeed.

He also continued investing in his own growth by completing Revenue Cloud training to better support a large client initiative and strengthen future opportunities for the team.

Beyond client work, Jared consistently stepped up wherever support was needed:
- Helping move key projects forward across teams
- Contributing content and ideas to support marketing and lead generation efforts
- Supporting teammates and departments across the organization

Jared embodies what this award represents: reliability, resiliency, ownership, teamwork, and a commitment to delighting customers.

Last Friday, the Concept team volunteered with Altrusa International of Akron’s Princess Night Project for the third year in a row, helping set up for last Saturday’s event that makes prom more accessible for students across Northeast Ohio.

Princess Night is a completely free “shop” where girls can choose from over 2,000 gowns, plus shoes, purses, and jewelry. Since 2001, the program has helped nearly 3,500 students feel confident walking into prom.

Proud of our team for jumping in and supporting a community tradition that makes a real difference.
