Digital Technology Partners
DTP specializes in IT solutions for dental practices in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama. We filled a void.
As the “brain child” of several gentlemen with roles in the dental industry, Digital Technology Partners was born out of necessity – the necessity for an IT Service Company with a focus on dental practices. No other IT Company spoke “dental language” and understood the technology dental practices required to be successful. It’s a void we continue to fill as we expand our services from the southeast corner of the U.S. throughout the country.
AI is changing dental practices faster than ever.
From imaging tools and call recording to scheduling, patient communication, and documentation — practices are adopting more technology than ever before.
But here’s what often gets overlooked:
Every new AI tool adds more integrations, more vendors, more logins, more patient data exposure, and more opportunities for things to break.
AI itself isn’t the risk.
Implementing it without the right strategy, security, and support behind it is.
The practices seeing the most success with AI aren’t just adding tools — they’re making sure those tools are secure, integrated properly, and supported by people who understand dentistry.
AI isn’t making dental IT less important.
It’s making it more important than ever.
What AI tools are you using in your practice?

• Real IT mistakes that cost offices money
• Practice growth through smarter technology
• Downtime disasters & how to avoid them
• Behind-the-scenes stories from real dental offices
• Conversations with dentists, office managers, vendors, and industry experts
Most importantly — we want this to be valuable for you.

Still running Windows 10 in your dental office? That’s now a much bigger risk than many organizations realize.
Microsoft officially ended support for Windows 10 back in October. That means businesses still relying on it are now operating on unsupported systems and face:
🔒 Increased cybersecurity exposure
⚠️ Compliance and software compatibility issues
💻 Aging hardware and performance limitations
📉 Greater risk of downtime and operational disruption
The tricky part? Everything may look fine on the surface… until it suddenly isn’t.
We put together a breakdown of what Windows 10 End of Life actually means for dental offices, why waiting can become expensive, and what you should be doing now to prepare.
If your practice hasn’t started planning yet, now is the time.

What an inspiring day for our sales team at Digital Technology Partners!
CK and Jakub attended a fantastic CE event, hearing from Dr. Jacob Dent on the importance of confidently and compassionately caring for patients with special needs. The insights shared today reinforce the responsibility we all have to create more inclusive, accessible experiences across healthcare and beyond.
This message strongly resonates with us at DTP, especially through our Work4Eli division. Work4Eli proudly employs adults with special needs, providing meaningful work through e-waste recycling and technology services while creating real community impact.
The day wraps up on a high note with a live Atlanta Braves game ⚾—a great way to celebrate powerful education, purposeful work, and strong relationships.
Proud of our team and grateful to be part of conversations that truly matter.

Your dental practice runs on the internet—appointments, imaging, phones, payments, everything. So, what really happens when your connection goes down? Many practices rely on cellular backup, assuming it will save the day. In reality, it often fails when you need it most.

Why Dental Practices Can’t Risk Relying on Cellular Backup - Digital Technology Partners Learn why dental practices need wired failover and HA firewalls to avoid outages, protect productivity, and keep cloud systems running.

🖱️ Biggest IT security threat in a dental practice?
It’s not hackers…
It’s the person using the mouse.
Most dental IT breaches happen because of human error — clicking a bad link, reusing passwords, or rushing through a busy day without thinking twice.
The good news? ✅
This is also the easiest risk to fix.
A little training, better habits, and the right systems can go a long way in protecting patient data and your practice.
