Keep Horry County Beautiful (KHCB) is a subcommittee of the Horry County Parks and Open Space Board (HCPOSB).
It is overseen by a nine member Board of Directors with its own Rules of Procedure. Appointments to the KHCB are made through the HCPOSB.
