📣 Volunteer Chapter Leader Opportunity | Houston LEAD (Build + Lead + Grow a Chapter)

Houston LEAD is expanding, and we’re looking for Volunteer Chapter Leaders who are ready to build strong chapters, lead with integrity, and drive results through accountability and community impact.

This is for leaders who don’t just “run meetings”… they develop people, build culture, and hold members accountable to follow our proven model.

Who we’re looking for

We need leaders who are:
✅ Strong, confident, and consistent
✅ Highly accountable (and expect accountability from others)
✅ Able to meet weekly and keep the team aligned
✅ Comfortable leading a chapter team of up to 20 members
✅ Skilled at building momentum, structure, and engagement

What you’ll do

As a Houston LEAD Volunteer Chapter Leader, you will:
• Build and grow a thriving chapter
• Lead weekly meetings and set clear priorities
• Hold chapter members accountable to follow our “Helping Businesses” model:

🔹 Quality referrals
🔹 Peer advisory & feedback
🔹 Business education and growth

• Create a culture of professionalism, consistency, and contribution
• Develop leaders within the chapter and strengthen relationships
