This is not a drill. We're quite obsessed with AV. (And also some BOMB events 😜)

The venue you choose for your event will have a BIG impact on its outcome. Here's why:
1. Some venues have very limited integrated AV. Whatever your choice, AV specs need to be accounted for in order to accomodate your event's needs. Professional AV vendors will always give you a better experience for your venue.
2. Where is your venue located? Depending on this, your attendees will have to travel little or too much. This can make them think twice about whether they will attend or not.
3. Acoustics are always underestimated– and they shouldn't! How your event sounds is sometimes much more important than how it looks. Making sure your venue has the right acoustics will either enhance or worsen the experience. Clear sound is always the way to go!
4. Event if it's on the smaller side, your event's capacity is crucial. Are you expecting attendees to only sit down or will there be space for them to mingle and network? These are important details that need to be account for.
