The Never Finished Ranch

I am VERY late posting. Mable had a beautiful black heifer calf on March 23. Mable is not friendly, and doesn’t let you near her calves. This time she has allowed me to get closer than she did last year when she calved. She’s still not trust worthy though. 😩 I do plan to handle her calf a lot. 😜

My beautiful Ruby Red had the prettiest little heifer calf this evening. She is a silver baldy! 🩶🩶🩶 I’m in LOVE! Ruby is the sweetest, gentalist cow. 🐄

God has blessed us with 2 heifer calves this year. 🙌🏼 The herd is growing.

We are downsizing our dairy goats so if you,’or someone you know is interested DM me. 🤩

We are significantly downsizing our ranch! We have ENTIRELY too much going on to keep going like we are. We have several goats and pure kune kune pigs that need new homes. They are not FREE. They are reasonably priced. They can go with or without their registration. I do not have the time to post individual pictures of who is available. I will post general pictures, and if you’re interested-message me and I will get the information requested to you.

I will not entertain tire kickers. I don’t have the time or energy for it.

Why do the flashiest-polled, blue eyes, moon spots, and gorgeous colored kids have to come with the extra dangly parts? 😜 I SO would have loved the light gold, polled, blue eyed, moonspotted one to have been a doe. 😢

🍁🎃🎃🍁If you decorate with pumpkins and need something to do with them after the season, as long as they are NOT painted or moldy we have a farm full of pumpkin eatin’ critters. We’ll gladly take them. Thank you, and Happy Fall?!? 😂🎃🎃🐐🐐🐓🐓🐖🐖

📣Our sweet little girl has a name now! Mittens. It was Always going to be Mittens because thats what our precious girl picked. I liked Spice because it’s different and she was born in fall. But Mittens definitely fits.

We welcomed the newest addition to the ranch. Her name is still being worked out between Delilah and I. We have narrowed it down to Mittens & Spice. She has agreed whichever name gets the most votes she will be “okay” with. (We shall see. 😂

Also, if anyone is looking she has two sweet brothers available. Let me know if you’re interested. Shyla rescued them and bottle fed them. They are still very tiny, but eating on their own and litter box trained.

Fall kidding season has officially begun at the ranch! Of course when the temperature drops they decide to “drop”. Here are a few cute pics. for your feed. I will post all the formalities when I have a minute…. 3 down, 3 to go.

Fall kidding is just around the corner, and these girls are ready. Praise God for the nicer weather.
