Are you new to the gym or part of the older generation just getting started with fitness? Do the machines feel intimidating?

I can help with that!

I’m offering 1-hour sessions at your gym where I’ll teach you how to confidently use the machines. During our session we will:

• Learn 3 machines at a time
• Go over proper form
• Understand what muscles each machine works
• Help you feel comfortable enough to use them on your own

Sessions are $25 for 1 hour.

I’ve been NASM certified since 2017 and have experience working in box gyms, independently, and with clients in 55+ communities, assisted living, memory care, and rehabilitation settings. I’ve also helped people safely rebuild strength after injuries and surgeries.
