We are also surrounded by law firms so yeah, a little word-play on our friendly neighbors! Simply put, mead is honey wine. Honey and water fermented with yeast. It sounds simple however,r it can make many transformations with the addition of fruits, spices, or hops just to name a few. The Ferm Meadery tasting room to close in downtown Conroe The Ferm Meadery will close its downtown Conroe tasting room June 27 but continue selling mead online and at the Texas Renaissance Festival.
