I have suffered from Trigeminal Neuralgia (TN) for over seven years. TN is known as the most painful condition known to man and is called the "Su***de Disease" due to the fact that there is no cure yet and it is excruciating pain in the face and some have taken their own lives due to the constant pain. This pain made it almost impossible to eat or speak which made me lose weight and cut down on my work schedule. I have tried a variety of medications and surgeries over the years. Some gave me short periods of reduced pain but most didn't help or made it worse with side effects.

I tried Ketamine infusions at a low dose while awake at another clinic and realized some pain relief and a drop in anxiety but remained on my medications.

When I met with Dr. Mukalel, he told me that he wouldn't settle for partial relief and wanted me pain free and off all of the meds. I went through two weeks of six treatments with the dose increased each time under sedation. This sedation process and the higher dose has been very effective. I am now on maintenance and weaning off my medications and doing great. My pain is manageable and I am getting my life back.

I’ve been doing Ketamine infusions since December 2020 and I cannot say enough AMAZING things about them. The staff are friendly, personable and make you feel very comfortable. Ketamine has giving me so much life back; no longer on any depression or anxiety meds, my overall mood and energy levels are even and stable. 10/10 recommend! Don’t hesitate, do it. It’s been such a life changer that I have now got my husband on infusions.

I highly recommend Dr Mukalel & his staff! This is my second review after having multiple ketamine infusions & several months of physical therapy. The ketamine infusions have been life changing, after many years of taking ineffective anxiety/ depression medications I found something that actually works! Dr Mukalel takes time to explain your options and what’s the best treatment plan to help decrease or relieve your pain. Joseph & Ashley do an excellent job with physical therapy and that works too! I have been a patient of Dr Mukalel since June of 2023. I have suffered from major depression, anxiety and bipolar for the past 30 years. I can not begin to say how many different combinations of medications I have been on in that time. Dr Mukalel and his staff have saved my life. I have been totally off all medications since starting the infusion therapy. I finally have an extremely clear mind (something I haven't had in 30 YEAR!). Dr Mukalel is very caring and takes time to explain the process. Amy does my IV infusion she is very compassionate and caring. I also see Dr Mona for therapy she is awesome! I have seen a number of therapist and she is one of the best!
