Long time no see! I will be attending the mothers day market at the corner cravings on April 30th. I will not have the usual stock as normal. This all that I have on hand since the fire.
As you have noticed, Red Bear has been a bit silent lately. We did slow down through the holidays to spend time with family and were looking forward to seeing you at The Corner Cravings Valentines Market January 29-30. Unfortunately, our home had a fire in the garage, completely unrelated to Red Bear, and we are unable to forge and bring you the amazing unique handmade items you know and love. Red Bear is NOT saying goodbye, just “See you later!” Hopefully, we will see each of you at market again sooner rather than later.
We want to extend a special thank you to the 911 operator who was able to quickly, calmly, and efficiently gather information and get firemen enroute.
Thank you to our local fire department who were on scene in less than 5 minutes. I didn’t time it but it felt like it only took them 2-3 minutes from me calling 911 to them parked in front of our house. Their quick and well trained actions kept the fire in the garage, saving our home.
Thank you to JoJo with The Corner Cravings for being so sweet and understanding when we had to cancel our place in her market.
