Kaye Place

My Dears,

I've decided to close Kaye Place permanently. Please accept this last month as a final bow to you.

Ten years ago, I started a chapter of my story in this empty space. I thumb through the pages to find they are now filled, just as I find myself filled with gratitude and hope.

I am so thankful to each and every one of you. Everything I've ever put into the world was but a small expression of myself. Your support and appreciation for my creations have given me more than you will ever know.
..but I truly wish that this isn't just my story. I hope that what I've done here is now a part of your stories. I hope that nostalgia will invite you back to this place. Our Kaye Place.

Now, onto the next chapter...

Small selection from today's bake: cheesy croi-dogs, cherry cheesecake croissant tarts, chocolate pistachio croissants, pecan caramel croissant buns.

Half a luscious pear in each one of these almond croissant tarts. Simple yet sophisticated.

Choux pastry, created in Italy in the 1500's, brought to France in the 1700's, and shared with Penacook today by Kaye.

Smells like fall out there... especially in Penacook when our ovens are on.
