So much has happened since our last update. This whole house renovation (Concord’s south end) is now ready for staging photos and just about ready to list. A few small items left to check off, but we’re virtually on the finish line!

Some still shots from the dormer project this week. The crew banged this out and got it sealed up from the weather before the weekend started. Next week we’ll get the some lights and outlets in there and insulate. Then we can hang drywall and install flooring.

Bedford basement update:
Making great progress, kitchen cabinets are installed and island is near complete. Counter template coming up next. Bathroom shower tile will wrap in the next few days and will be ready to grout. The majority of painting is completed in the main areas and accent walls are ready for wallpaper. Thanks for following along! Stay tuned for more.

We took advantage of a couple warm days this week to get a few outdoor items checked off our list. A couple new windows for the Concord house and some new siding around the porch entrance.

Updated shots from our current full renovation project in Concord… We’ve cleaned up and refreshed several rooms while making some major layout changes in other areas (more photos to come). We’ve moved the door in the kitchen to allow more room for cabinetry, and we’ll be removing a window on the opposite side as well. Stayed tuned for more updates and a video walkthrough!

We’ve got a new project starting up and taking us into 2026! This whole house renovation will include a major change to the homes layout, adding a full bathroom, new kitchen, and lots of wallpaper stripping 😂. When it warms up a bit we’ll be changing up the exterior as well!
