School District- 95% relative compaction. Grade 60 #4’s @/18” O.C.E.W. - 15’ Max Expansion-With Control joint half the distance of each expansion. Snap Caps -1/2”Smooth Dowel. Completion photos to follow. Fun project. Completed and turn over is Monday. .
School District -Two 4 post shade structures for the elementary school. Preparing grade with Class II aggregate base for new poured in place outdoor seating area. District made good use of available outdoor space for the children.

Our team put the finishing touches on the perimeter footings, moment frames and grade beams at The Willows in Concord, CA.
Top & Bottom F6 spread footing tied into a moment frame. Grade beam and spread footing for HSS column. #5’s #6’s and #7’s.. Please comment if you like.

Ground breaking at the Willows in Concord, CA. the redevelopment has begun. Aggregate Engineering Inc. out of Concord, CA. has been awarded all the structural site work & engineering including the steel reinforcement plan. Soil off-haul by others. Video includes 705 feet of perimeter footing dig out and 30 - F6 spread footings. Hats off to our team for slaying the dig out and lay-out. More to come.

Another new walk way and 1,400 square foot patio with a 20’X20’ Pyramid shade structure built in school court yard. Includes drilled pier footings, with shade fabric that is 85% water proof and can handle 150 mph wind gusts. Includes walkway. Great way to expand usable out door space for staff or students.
