Embodied Flow Classes for Nervous System Regulation in Concord, NH ⚡️
06/07/2026
I’ve been noticing lately is how little most of us actually touch ourselves...not in a skincare routine, fixing our hair or pointing out our flaws kind of way.
I mean the kind of touch that says, I’m here.
A hand on your heart.
A hand on your belly.
Wrapping your arms around yourself for a moment.
It sounds so simple, but self-touch can be incredibly regulating for the nervous system.
Sometimes our bodies aren’t asking for another mindset shift or breakthrough.
Sometimes they’re asking for comfort.
Lately I’ve been loving butterfly hugs with gentle swaying or slow circular movements with the elbows, almost like tracing the path of a sundial through the sky.
Nothing dramatic.
Nothing to achieve.
Just giving the body a chance to feel supported, held & noticed.
It’s amazing how often the body softens when it realizes someone is finally paying attention.
And sometimes that someone is you 🫶🏻

You know that feeling when you’ve been holding your breath all day without realizing it…& then finally let it go?
That’s what Embodied Flow feels like to me.
Like a deep exhale & a nap wrapped into one.
Every time I practice this way, I walk away feeling lighter, softer & deeply grateful.
Embodied Flow isn’t about fixing yourself or analyzing every emotion that comes up.
It’s about creating enough space for your body to do what it already knows how to do.
Through breath, stillness, slow intentional movement that helps you notice & respond to what’s happening inside your body, we begin tuning out the noise & tuning into ourselves.
The tension you’ve been carrying.
The fatigue you’ve been pushing through.
The emotions you’ve been too busy to notice.
Not so we can dissect them, so they can move.
Because so much of what we’re holding isn’t asking to be solved.
It’s asking to be felt.
And underneath all the distractions, responsibilities & endless doing, your body has been communicating with you the whole time.
Embodied Flow is simply an invitation to listen.
To come back home to yourself.
To reset your nervous system.
To remember what it feels like to be here 🤍

The deeper I’ve gone into embodied practice, the more I’ve noticed something:
Sometimes when movement becomes overly directed or controlled, the body can stop responding naturally & start responding to instruction instead.
Not because anyone is doing anything wrong.
But because embodiment isn’t about managing the body.
It’s about being in relationship with it.
Listening instead of forcing.
Feeling instead of performing.
Trusting instead of controlling.
And that’s a huge part of why I created ✨Embodied Flow✨
Not as a rejection of where I’ve been.
But as an expansion of it.
More slowness.
More sensation.
More listening.
More trust in the body’s own intelligence.
Because I don’t think the body needs more pressure to perform.
I think it needs more space to be heard.
👉🏻 Have you ever noticed the difference between moving your body & actually feeling it?

A lot of what we’ll do in Embodied Flow might look simple from the outside.
Swaying.
Shaking.
Breathing.
Pausing.
Softening.
But the body responds so deeply to each of these.
Slow, rhythmic movement helps the nervous system feel safer & more regulated.
Shaking moves tension we’ve been carrying without realizing it.
And quiet pauses & stillness give the body space to catch up & process.
Many of us have spent so long holding everything together that we’ve forgotten how to soften… how to just be & listen.
But maybe that’s what your body has been asking for all along.
Embodied Flow begins Sun, 6/7 at 9am at 🫶🏻

One thing I'll emphasize in my Embodied Flow class is this:
✨Take what resonates & leave what doesn’t✨
The movements I offer are never something you need to force yourself into, they're simply a place to start.
A chance to notice what your body is actually asking for.
Maybe you stay in the shape.
Maybe you soften it.
Maybe your body wants to move in a completely different way.
That isn’t doing it wrong.
👉🏻That is the practice👈🏻
So much of this work is learning how to trust yourself again.
Not the version of you trying to keep up.
Not the version trying to get it “right.”
The quieter version underneath all of that.
The one your body has been trying to reconnect you with all along 🫶🏻

We know when everyone else needs something.
We know when emails need answering.
When the laundry needs folding.
When the kids need us.
When work needs us.
But ask most people what their body needs in a given moment & there’s almost this…pause.
I think it's time we rebuild that relationship.
Not through intensity.
Not through perfection.
But through small moments of paying attention.
A breath.
A stretch.
A pause.
A shake.
A deep exhale you didn’t realize you were holding.
And somewhere in that quiet…you start remembering yourself again 🫶🏻

I actually don’t want Embodied Flow to feel like another class where you switch off & follow instructions for an hour.
I want it to feel like a conversation with yourself.
A space where your body has a voice again, where you can be guided without losing your own intuition.
So many of us have spent years disconnecting from our body trying to “fix” it, control it, push it, shrink it, discipline it (millennials I'm looking at you).
This class feels more like:
“what happens if I actually listen instead?”
Embodied Flow begins next Sunday at 🤍
If you’ve been craving a softer, more connected way to move & come back to yourself, I’d love to have you there.

I feel like a lot of us have gotten so used to being told how to move, how to heal, how to take care of ourselves… that we stopped trusting our own body in the process.
Somewhere along the way, wellness became following instructions instead of actually listening in.
Sure, I’m there to help guide you through class...but in Embodied Flow, you’re both a leader & a follower.
You follow the invitation but most importantly, you also lead yourself.
You notice what feels supportive.
You move how your body feels like it needs to move.
You pause without needing permission.
And honestly? I think more people need spaces that remind them they were never disconnected from themselves in the first place.
Just taught not to listen.
Have you been feeling this way too?

Imagine walking into a movement class & nobody expects you to perform.
Nobody cares if you’re flexible.
Nobody’s telling you to push harder.
Nobody’s trying to turn healing into a competition.
That's the vibe of ✨Embodied Flow✨
This new class is rooted in somatic movement, nervous system regulation, breath, stillness & intuitive expression.
Basically…learning how to be in your body instead of constantly overriding it.
It’s soft in the best way.
Grounding.
A little freeing.
A little emotional.
A little like finally taking a deep breath after holding it for way too long.
And honestly? I’m really freaking excited to bring this into the community.
If your body’s been craving softness instead of pressure lately, our first class is Sunday, 6/7 at 9am at ✨
Hope to see you there 🫶🏻
