Third Rail and Willie Alexander's Boom Boom Band were playing on the bill supporting "Live at the Rat." Also on stage are pen pals from other bands who journeyed to the Bowery to bear witness. Joe Perry Project plays this trio of Keystone venues (Berkeley, Palo Alto, SF). Tonight we’re at the last of those three.
