February 10 years ago I opened Mobs Custom Fabrication. It was definitely a slow start with lots of waiting for someone to walk through the door. Things are a lot busier these days working 7 days a week. I'd just like to thank all my customers for the business, and my family for supporting me through the slow penny pinching times, and the I'm slammed see you a couple hours a week times. Looking forward to seeing what the next 10 brings.

Here's a little roll bar/light bar job for a Gladiator I just finished up today.

Delivered the biggest thing we've built at MOBS today. A custom tri-level trailer for Concord Fire Departments Swift Water Rescue Team. It holds inflatable boats on 3 levels, 2 40hp outboards up front, storage room for dry suits and other gear.

Looking to hire a Metal Fabricator

MUST HAVES:
Must be skilled at Tig and Mig welding alum, SS, and mild steel.
Must be mechanically inclined.
Must be able to fabricate most projects from blueprints or hand drawn sketch.
Must be motivated. no checking cell phone every 5mins, no smoke breaks every 5mins.
Must be detail oriented but at a reasonable pace.
Must be able to follow directions and be willing to learn.
Must work safe at all times.

NEEDS TO HAVE:
Needs to have welding, sheet metal, and machining abilities.
Needs to have own transportation and be to work on time, sober, clean.
Needs to know basics about most manual metal fabrication equipment. such as basic hand tools, saws, drills, sheet metal brake, shear, tube bender, grinders, mill, lathe, plasma cutter, torch, etc...

Not looking for a welder to just feed parts to, looking for fabricator that has the ability to make parts from drawing to the finished product.
Pay to be determined depending on skill level.
