Ingredients
1 C butter or Margarine, soften
1/2 C of vegetable shortening
1 1/3 C sugar
1 C firmly packed brown sugar
4 eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 C rolled oats (optional)
2 12oz packages of chocolate chip
2 C chopped walnuts. (optional)

Instructions
Mix Ingredients
Use 1/4 cup of dough for each cookie.
Bake 350 for 16-18 mins
