Before honing a block, we check all the pistons with the MC-1. The MC-1 measures skirt size, taper and ovality, ring groove depth, compression height and piston thickness.

I am sure this is going around right now so I will make a short post to address the tragedy that happened today.

My best friend and business partner Ben Kearns passed away a couple of hours ago due to injuries sustained in a wreck he had at the track earlier today.
