Shane Golobic Racing had them covered last night at the 29th Trophy Cup! The 17w showed a lot of speed going into Saturday nights finale!

The first night of the 29th Trophy Cup did not disappoint! The Tiner Hirst Enterprise rides were extremely quick and claimed the top two spots on the podium. Being teammates did not stop Rico Abreu and Landon Brooks from battling it out on the last lap leading to a win by Rico Abreu of just 0.106 seconds over Brooks!

Corey Day Racing picked up the top prize on Saturday night as he defeated all other competitors at Silver Dollar Speedway - Chico Ca for his first ever World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series win. There will be many more to come, I am sure. Congratulations, Corey!

I read the really unfortunate news that racer CJ Humphreys passed away yesterday. Our paths only crossed a few times over the years, but he always seemed like a great guy. My thoughts are with CJ's family, friends, and the racing community. You will be missed, CJ!
