Ultra Pro Machining opened their doors in 1994 in response to an almost overwhelming demand from a number of prominent race teams.
Ultra Pro's owner Don Losito, after many years of success in drag racing, started his professional race career as an engine builder in the
mid 70's. By the mid 80's he was building Cosworth Indy engines with his skills being recognized by many teams. One such team was run by drag race and Winston Cup team owner Kenny Bernstein. In the late 80's Don, at Kenny's request, moved to Charlotte to port

Our NEW 4150 Holley Restrictor Angled Carburetor Spacers. Best suited for Dirt Late Model and Dirt Modified racing for dry-slick race tracks. Spacers are hard coated for added wear resistance. Available with 1.250", 1.300", 1.400", or 1.500" restrictor inserts.

Ultra Pro Machining has recently moved into Joey Arrington's Race Engines Plus building. We have expanded from 9 CNC machines to 15 machines to better serve your needs. Please contact us for billet cylinder heads, billet valve covers, billet carb spacers and other racing products.
We will also be rebranding our company as Ultra Pro Plus to reflect the Ultra Pro in Ultra Pro Machining and the Plus in Race Engines Plus.

We are debt free and moving our equipment to Concord, NC within the next 90 days. We have sold our current building we have been in since 1999 for $1.85 million.
