Thank you to Auburn Fire for the opportunity to be part of the NH CPR Challenge yesterday. It was great seeing community members come out to learn Hands Only CPR.
Great reminder that high quality CPR is all about rhythm and consistency. Music can actually help you stay on pace at 100 to 120 compressions per minute. If your team needs hands on CPR and First Aid training, Milestone CPR LLC is ready to help.
CPR and AED use can look confusing in real life.
A person may move or appear responsive during CPR. If an AED is attached and continues to advise a shock, keep the pads on and follow the AED prompts.
Pause only if the person is breathing normally. If they are not breathing normally, resume CPR immediately.
This patient survived because CPR and defibrillation continued until the heart rhythm was corrected.
Training prepares you for moments like this.

This is my second year training CPR and First Aid at Lantern Light Camps. It has been such a great opportunity to be involved in teaching these important life saving skills. Especially when you have an amazing group of people that are so willing to learn. Thank you, Dennis Livoli and all the staff for bringing me in to share this life saving skill.
