We welcome everyone who has liked and decided to follow us on this journey. We wanted to share with you who we are and what Proof Concord is all about.

My name is Travis and my wife is Amanda. The two of us and our two daughters live in Concord, NC and for the most part have grown up here. Over the last couple of years we have grown the interest in baking breads and have challenged ourselves with baking more complex products. I ended up attempting to bake a batch of sourdough bread and it quickly became our favorite. We liked it so much we thought perhaps other people would like it as well. Turns out we were right. So after selling a few loafs we started getting more requests than usual. After some discussion we decided to start Proof Concord and see where it would take us. We are just a small home bakery with hopes and dreams of becoming so much more.
