This Thursday come harvest organic produce at The Compton Community Garden. They will be open from 9am - 4pm.
Donations are welcomed and appreciated to help cover the cost of utilities.

We are pleased to offer the community more ways of holistic approaches to life. The garden was always intended to be a safe space for the common unity. This Sunday 10-25 at 11 AM we have a powerful powerful much needed discussion for our people. Thank you for facilitating this event.
The F Word marks Producer, Co-Director PaSean Wilson- Ashley's first foray into documentary filmmaking. She came about creating this project organically because of her own experience with fibroids. After being told by more than one doctor that her only treatment option for fibroids was a hysterectomy, she discovered many other women with the same fibroid story. She decided to create a vehicle for women to share their story and learn more about this often ignored heath issue.
As an actor PaSean has appeared on Broadway in Once on this Island and on the NBC Soap Opera Another World. On film she appeared in St******se opposite Demi Moore and her most recent credits include episodes of FOX Network's Gotham and Showtimes Shameless. A native New Yorker, PaSean splits her time between Los Angeles and NYC. In addition to a thriving acting career PaSean also works as a voice over artist and has a vegan Ice Cream and baking business.

The last time was a very great experience we wanted to do it again! So Join us with as we set our intentions & connect to the space & continue to maintain our community garden! Bring comfortable work shoes and long sleeves. We will be planting seedlings, starting new seedlings and giving seedlings away as well. We will begin the meditation at 9:15 sharp.

SIPS will have their first Live Juice Demo taking place at the THIS SATURDAY JULY 11th 2020

We will be learning how to create juices with fresh garden produce.
We will gather at the community garden & discuss ways to help each other on our wellness journey whether that be food, gardening, essential oils, meditation and other modalities of the like.
We will get into the importance of eating Whole Foods, using plant medicine, juicing fruits and veggies, as well as fasting and connecting to the Earth.
Now because I love making juice and creating tonics that help revitalize your cells I will have love donations on hand for all who would enjoy more than a sip 😉
