Busy day but the right kind of busy.
✅️ Sitting down with city officials today to gauge their interest in acquiring one of my listings. The obvious buyer isn't always the best buyer. You have to know who else needs the asset.
✅️ Linking up with an agent to talk about teaming up on some deals. Collaboration beats competition every time in this business.
✅️ Reviewed financials with my business partner on a venture we're building. The numbers are moving in the right direction!
✅️ And before the day is done, bringing a new commercial listing to market.
